Mitch Bregman is the Co‑Founder & CEO of Galaxy. Mitch leads product vision and engineering execution as Galaxy brings a fast, AI‑native SQL workspace to life. Before founding Galaxy, Mitch served as a Senior Software Engineer at Unify, where he built backend analytics and growth systems that powered the company’s rapid scale post‑Series A.
Prior to that, he built the data platform at Flock Safety and did similarly at ParkMobile and Gallup.
Mitch lives in the New York City area and holds a degree from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. In his free time he’s known among colleagues for his infectious energy and love of team camaraderie - earning the nickname “Mitchy Data.”
