Hey there, I’m Luke, Founder of Data Scout Recruiting 👋

With more than a decade of experience in various data roles at VC backed startups, Shopify, and SurveyMonkey, I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to hiring and working with different data professionals.

I started Data Scout Recruiting to help organizations hire data talent quickly, without compromising on quality. Working with Python and SQL for over a decade, I literally speak the language needed to properly vet the top talent.

I guarantee integrity, empathy, and passion in everything I do, and finding and connecting data talent is no exception.

I live in Waterloo Ontario, with my beautiful wife Melissa and our 17-month old son who never sleeps!
